Get a nationwide app that works everywhere, like any REAL chain store. This was a waste of time and data usage.

None of the stores participate in the app. Whats the point of having an app that works at 2 stores in large metropolitan area. Deleting.

I created the app and received a free treat for doing so. I went to log into the app and it keeps saying invalid password. I changed my password which said was done successfully and it using new password is still saying invalid. Deleting app its worthless

Would of been nice to had the app but they dont have any of my DQ as a participating location so its not helpful. Great idea if only they had more locations in Kentucky!

app dont work unless you give them your credit card info or put money into a DQ account. just another gimick. uninstall

I would have given this app 4 stars if it would have allowed me to continue redeeming rewards. It was working great, then after an update, it allows me to earn but not redeem. I contacted the developer and when told about the issue told me to go to a participating location. No kidding it only works there! (My location is an original) Very dissappointed in how this app has turned out. I hope they address this in a future update soon.

The offers will not redeem unless you check into their location but that feature does not work. Even the manager wasnt able to help me make the app work and would not honor the coupon despite the app not working.

How can the developer of an app that gets such bad reviews because it doesnt work not fix the issue?! DQ needs to step in and take care of business before losing it!

Not all stores will let you use a digital coupon, they want a printed coupon and this app will not send it to a printer so how do you use it?

This app almost never works in the stores.

Cant use it as a Guest nor would it accept my registration. Useless app. The Dairy Queens employees never heard back from the parent company nor the owner regarding these apps!!!!! Whats Up!!!!!!!!!!

Wont load coupons on LTE or Wi-Fi

Good for locating the nearest DQ and thats about it. Coupons wont work...as soon as I press redeem, spoons just spoon trying to load. They shouldve fixed the glitches before releasing this app!

Not very many DQ locations participate with the app. None of the 10 locations in my area participate.

Oklahoma really dont have it set up! They accept paper coupon! The store in Nrm is awful! The owner of the store is rude! Dont care about the store! Customer service ppls mmm not too sure how to explain. Dont call the SC to file because the owner take a month to reply. I had to called SC few times! If you feel like you wasted your money let me tell you now you wont get a refund! Or replacement!

It seems like none of the stores in the Bay Area and Reno areas are participating... Where does this work then?

Not much stores participate and also have to print out coupons. Where are the barcodes it would be easier and faster. I am trying to figure out how to print my coupons it wont let me.

When I am lucky to find a DQ that accepts the app while traveling AND the app actually works, then I feel like I just won the lottery. Thats the good side. Unfortunately, it rarely works and the staff cant help out because they are not tech support. They make great food and soft serve. So most of the time I feel dejected and sad that DQ cant make something simple like this work when all the other places like Dunkin Donuts, Panera, and others can get theirs to work almost all the time.

I really like the idea, but there are some big flaws. 1. It keeps making me sign in. Really, it should be only once 2. I have ordered 5 blizzards and received 1 spoon with this app at participating locations but the crew did not know how to do it 3. The connection for coupons is not working at participating locations - they had my phone but it would not accept the coupon
