App. Very poor. At store 3 times and store unable to connect to give credit. Must be gimmick because doesnt work for my wifes phone either.

According to a manager at one of the non participating app stores...DQ wants to charge each franchise a large amount of money to use the app. Coupons arent good unless you can check in via app and that can only happen if they participate. None in my area do.

I installed the app and have yet to use it! Every time I go to use the app it requires me to log in and keeps saying my password is wrong! I have reset it 3 times now with same results. This app should have pin code access rather than 6-8+ character password that must be entered every time!

I thought the whole point of an app powered by national headquarters was to make visiting the establishments nationwide easier! Not the case. Ive had so much frustration with this app, and the store employees know nothing about it and cannot offer help! Ive received texts that Ill have coupon offers waiting for me to use in the app, but then I open the app and theres no promotions available! Check in at the stores and earn points? Nope! I havent been able to do that and the employee has no idea what Im even talking about when I ask! Total garbage. I dont know why DQ even created the app. Its worthless and maddening to use.

What is the point of having an app if there are no DQs that participate? There should be rules!

The app is great and easy to use. Its easy to navigate with big buttons on the main screen. The big issue is finding a Dairy Queen that participated in the promotions offered in the app. Like two for one offers and points for checking in at a Dairy Queen. I went to a Dairy Queen and tried to check in but the button wouldnt work because they arent participating in any of the apps promotions, smh. What a waste.

I just downloaded this app and made a special trip to DQ to use the coupon I got. When in the busy drive-thru, it wouldnt let me redeem the coupon until I "checked-in". Well I couldnt check-in. I made sure location services was on and I had good signal... Nothing. So even after explaining this to the lady in the drive thru, she wouldnt take my coupon and added an extra $3 to my order. I couldve just gone next door to Baskin Robbins and had much less hassle and more understanding.

Great idea but app does not recognize your password, so needs to be reset every time to use. Then it suspends you, then the coupons earned disappear. Comes up with message site down try again later. Waste of time

Its good to get a free product every now and then. Not much good for anything else. I tried to prepay option and found out it takes a long time to pay. Its much quicker to pay cash or use your credit card. I now have $.50 left on the app and cant figure out anyway to use it.

The stores in my are dont participate in the rewards program so it is disappointing

This app bites!! The original DQ was right here in Appleton, but they dont even participate??

Dont promote the app until you hv it in more stores. At least give the capability to print the coupon from the app. Store told me they would accept that but Im not sure how to do that. I dont see anyone way to record visits either unless the store accepts the app. Include on the store when they expect to accept app.

Well, I have a free offer that can only be used in Denver. I dont live anywhere near Denver. No store in my state is available. Bad app.

Give it a try and save $ for all DQ fans. Its only available for Colorado (CO) and Nebraska (NE).

How can it only be available in 2 states?!?! Smh its 2015 bruh. Im out here just tryna get some BOGO Blizzards!

A little slow and sometimes has login bugs (doesnt recognize password; wont send email to reset it), but Im definitely enjoying the freebies!
