I think this app would be great except for the fact thats in only 2 states. Whats the point in having the app if I cant use it unless I go to an other state across the country?

Just installed the app, have a couple rewards, but exactly 0 out of about 4 stores in the area participate.

Would be great if it worked for all locations. What good is it for only a few stores. Seems very pointless.

Ever since the 1.9 upgrade, I cannot login. App crashes after password is entered. Called tech support, they said I should update my iPhone5 from V7.1, but the app store says this is compatible with iOS 5.1+. They have no clue how to fix it.

I was told about this app and was pretty psyched about it. But it wont let me register. Says my email address is taken, but cannot find it when I go to sign on or reset. Database must be managed by someone new to app development.

Every time I try to log in after entering e-mail and password, the app closes. I deleted app and re-installed and it persists in doing the same thing. Deleted from phone as it is completely useless.

You have to sign in to get offers yet when you try to sign in it says your password is incorrect and when you try to reset your password it says theres no credentials found using that email address, so when you try to sign up it tells you that your email address is already in use so theres no way to get offers... FIX YOUR APP!!!!!

I have the same problem with the person below. I used to be able to enter a ion and I earned spoons easily. Now it told me to enter a new password, which doesnt work. Every time I enter the password the app just shuts down. I cant access my free reward or get credit for what I buy. Changing my username and password does nothing. Its very frustrating. Please fix this problem!

Dont put an app out until youre ready to roll it out to your stores! Total garbage

I did not find any participating stores in my area, not even the brand new store that opened down the street fromu house --the map Doesnt even locate that one consistently. I dont understand if you have to load money in order to earn spoons...? App must be even more user friendly-most rewards apps have a barcode access.... with a gift card at worst. But its best when you dont have to have your info loaded in order to earn rewards: just scanning should suffice; Or even the ability to have money pre-loaded. Good old paper punch card for me any day. Especially with this large number of non MyDq app participating stores. In order to earn DQ treat rewards by having money preloaded is encouraging regular unhealthy eating rather than the occasional treat.

I registered and created a proper password but when I tried to sign in, the app doesnt recognize the password or email address. So I tried to reset my password. The message was that it didnt recognize the email or password credentials. So I thought I would try and register again, but the response was that the email was already registered.....which I expected. The 14 year old Muslim student who took a homemade clock to school and caused nationwide discussion could probably be the only hope for this months long problem.

Every store that I have tried to use the coupons that are offered though the app will not sync with the computers at Dairy Queen Please update your stores computers and educate you staff full of teens that have no idea how to use the app or the coupons that are offered. This is a constant hassle.

Wasted too much time on this app. I am a 50 year customer of DQ and only recently avoided the stores due to my frustration. I have reached out and nobody listens. Major league backfire if their efforts and poor communication. Its like they are trying to lose customers. Its working.

Nice app and great wallet support just wished my local dairy queens supported this!

I would LOVE this if I could use it locally! Please make it nationwide!

I wish it was available near me. Sounds like a good plan I just dont live near any of the areas it is accepted :(

Updated the app today and now it freezes and am unable to access any of its features.

Since the last upgrade I have not been able to sign into the new DQ app. I had a free treat waiting for me and I cant access it. I was hoping with this new app I would finally be able to access my spoons. After putting in a new password, I am not even able to submit it. I have tried at least ten times and it goes nowhere. Im so frustrated with this app and have missed several opportunities for free treats and spoons because I am never able to log in or change a password. I have never written a review for anything but this because I think it is so poorly done.
