I was so excited for this app until I realized that none of the DQs near me are participating in this program. Until they start, this app is useless to me. So disappointing. What good is the incentive of a free blizzard if you cant even claim it?

Great if there was a Dairy Queen that actually used and accepted that app.

They dont have a single store that you can use! Complete waste of time. Congrats DQ you have lost my business.

Half screen is black while loading to it.

It says my email has been taken. Apparently all 3 of them. What a lie. Fix this bug!

Colorado and Minnesota are where this pilot app is being tested. Wondering when they will open it in my own area.

Waste of time until they implement it in any other state than Colorado!

I just wanted to see what was on the menu.... It tried to get me to join their system, which offered coupons and such so I tried to... Doesnt work. Wont even connect me to the dq closest to me, and I found the menu but the user interface is awful, not to mention that the menu doesnt have prices

I love collecting my loyalty Spoons with each visit and cashing them in for free treats!! I just want more stores in my area to accept this app - its awesome!!

Before the update it didnt do much (no stores participating around). Now cannot even log in

I always thought DQ was serious about Texas. They advertise "DQ: Thats what I like about Texas!" That always seemed like a bit of an insult. As if thats all there is to like about this great state? Oh well. But heres the deal - despite the aggressive Texas ad campaigns - their app doesnt work here. It lists no available app accepting locations! So this app is useless to me.

I have had this app for about a year. At first, locations were accepting the app and I would receive spoons for my visits. However, now the locations that once accepted now say its not working when we visit. Many other companies successfully utilize a rewards and payment style app, DQ should model theirs on other successful ones.

There are several DQs in my area that are participating locations but the app says that they are not. So, ask at your local DQ if they participate, dont rely on the app for that information.

My account needs to have a letter a number and a special character and it prompts me for it every time. Cant let anyone steal my saved spoons! Its Dairy Queen guys, not my bank. Havent tried the app enough to see if I have issues with it being accepted places.

I live in a suburb of a major city and so far am only able to locate 1 location in a 50 mile radius that participates. Not worth the hassle!!
